Townhouse Project East 67th Street, NYC This five story townhouse was completely renovated for a Greek shipper and his family. A reception area and lounge were located at the entrance level, with a swimming pool in the rear, opening on the side yard. The living room, dining area and kitchen were located on the second floor. A study and master bedroom suite were situated on the third floor. The children's and maid's rooms were on the 4th and 5th floors. The original coffered ceiling in the living room was restored and fireplaces were added in a number of rooms.
