Penthouse Offices Fifth Avenue, NYC This office suite was designed for the investment banking firm of Leslie, Weinert, Inc. The central feature was an open conference area with a skylight and planting, adjacent to the executive offices. The sixth floor was extended and a penthouse was constructed. An open stair connects all three levels. Some of the amenities provided were exterior decks with built-in seating, a sauna and shower, a kitchen and lounge for the staff.
